Warranty

  1. What does this warranty cover?

The Expo Arms warranty covers both parts and labor costs during the stated warranty period, against any manufacturer defects or malfunctions due to materials or workmanship in your Expo Arms branded product. In addition, the Expo Arms Limited Lifetime Warranty includes wear and tear coverage for damage to the function of the product that may occur because of normal usage over time.

  1. What does the warranty not cover?

The warranty does not cover consequential damages (the cost of repairing or replacing other property damaged due to the malfunction of an Expo Arms product) or incidental damages (any other cost incurred because of an Expo Arms product’s failure). Lost or stolen products, products that were deliberately damaged, modified, or products that still work correctly despite cosmetic damage will not be serviced.

  1. Who is covered?

The warranty is transferable but proof of purchase may be required.

  1. Which Geographic Areas Are Covered?

The warranty covers authorized sales anywhere in the United States of America. If your product purchased inside the USA malfunctions outside the country, you must return it to the USA before Expo Arms can service your warranty claim. If your product was purchased outside the USA, any potential warranty claims must be handled by the authorized dealer selling the product in the country where the product was purchased.

  1. What Will We Do to Correct Problems?

Warranty coverage for Expo Arms products will be determined solely by Expo Arms, and not by any third-party representative, distributor or dealer of Expo Arms products. Once Expo Arms has determined that warranty coverage applies, Expo Arms will fulfill our sole warranty obligation; choosing to either repair your defective product, or replace it with the same or a similar product in good mechanical working order, at our option.

  1. What Will We Not Do?

Expo Arms will not modify our products to fit applications other than originally advertised. Expo arms will not re-paint, dip or coat, nor pay or reimburse for color changes to products that have been cosmetically altered prior to the warranty service claim.

  1. How Does State Law Relate to This Warranty?

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or exclusion of consequential damages, so those limitations may not apply to you. The Expo Arms warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
